A storyteller at heart, Robbie has always found his way into the world through voice and language—with a dash of imagination. Born and raised in the Bay Area of California, he was always surrounded by a breadth of culture and history. What started as childhood hobbies of public speaking and computer gaming grew into an artistic curiosity for stories and performance. Everyone loves a good adventure, sure, but it’s the emotional and intellectual spaces stories explore that connect us in ways that only art can.

Pursuing his craft throughout his school years, whether rehearsing with other actors on stage or typing away at his next story in the library, Robbie continued his education in Tacoma, Washington, at the University of Puget Sound. Continuing to study theatre and writing, he stretched beyond the role of an actor to experience the creative process from a holistic perspective. Dramaturgy—the study of how we craft theatre (or any story)—and the responsibility of the artist in creative opportunities were some of the most profound lessons he learned from his mentors.

Returning to the Bay, where he is currently based, Robbie took to the study of voiceover acting as a new medium to explore, in the hopes of one day being a part of the same stories that inspired him all those years ago.

When not on stage or behind the mic, Robbie spends his time with the quaint pursuits of literature, tabletop gaming, and independent writing projects.
